Join CU Strategic Planning as the primary administrator and assistant to our sales and executive team in the Palm Springs office. Our Business Development Administrator serves an important and trusted role of ensuring new and existing clients receive the best service during contracting, and that contracts and Salesforce records are maintained with accuracy.

The right candidate will be able to manage scheduling across time zones, prepare documents including basic financial spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. S/he/It will be a self-starter, organized, dependable, diplomatic and professional.

Job Requirements:

Advanced experience using Salesforce.

Past experience supporting a sales team or business development executive(s).

Advanced skills in contemporary software products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills including the exercise of diplomacy and tact in working with clients.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize a constantly changing workflow.

A strong desire to enjoy work and contribute to a fun and diverse culture of inclusion.

Credit union experience is highly desirable.
