About Credit Union Strategic Planning

What We Do

We “get” credit unions, because we are credit union people.

Our mission is to unlock opportunities for credit unions to change lives and their communities.

Considered experts in the industry, our staff work with credit unions large and small to improve their financial performance and impacts in the community. Whether it’s through consulting, strategic planning, or grant writing, we help credit unions achieve missions that make a difference.

Why CU Strategic Planning?

Our process respects your time. Even before our first call to discuss your needs, we review your financials. We are prepared to discuss the trends and strategies behind your request for consulting.

Our integrity is unparalleled. Our relationships and reputation are worth more than a sale. That's why state leagues choose us as their partner. If you can't win a grant, we will tell you so.

Our results are superior. It's not uncommon for clients to experience 12-25% loan growth. Most have ROA over 1%.
