Chelsea made her way to us via our sister company Callahan & Associates, where she spearheaded the implementation of a new client support system, streamlining processes and earning a flawless 100% client satisfaction rate. Her unique ability to balance multiple teams and projects has earned her a reputation for being an organized, results-oriented leader who thrives on making things run smoother and more efficiently.

Chelsea is inspired by CU Strategic Planning’s mission to uplift low-income communities and is excited to bring her skills and energy to a team dedicated to real change. When she’s not helping credit unions evolve, she's exploring new culinary landscapes with her husband in Virginia, ever on the hunt for the next unforgettable meal.
